- Security Data: Hashed passwords (we never store plain-text passwords).
- Technical Logs: Your IP address (creation and last login) and timestamps for account activity.
- Voucher and Download History: Your voucher creation history and download history are saved securely to improve service delivery.
- Planned Data Collection: In future updates, we intend to collect AI tool usage statistics to improve service delivery.
2. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used to maintain your account, secure your access via JSON Web Tokens (JWT), and provide access to features such as the AI Card Grade Predictor.
3. GDPR Rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), users have the following rights:
- Right to Access: You may request a copy of all personal data we hold about you.
- Right to Rectification: You can update your password and account details through our Settings menu.
- Right to Erasure: You may request the deletion of your account and associated data.
- Data Retention & Deletion: Users may delete their account at any time via the Account Settings menu. Upon successful verification and confirmation, your record will be immediately and permanently removed from our active database.
4. Data Portability Policy
Upon request, we will provide an export of your user data. For security reasons, hashed passwords and internal database primary keys are excluded from these exports.

2. Description of Service
TCGIndex provides market data, collection tracking, and AI-driven grading predictions for Trading Card Games. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
3. User Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
- You agree not to use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including scraping data or attempting to disrupt the server.

We do not provide financial, investment, or legal advice. TCGIndex is not responsible for any financial losses incurred from trading or investing in cards based on our data.
5. Limitation of Liability
TCGIndex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service or the inability to use the service.
